When Jessica entered the aviation industry as a creative professional over 12 years ago, the stakes couldn’t have been higher. She had just bid on—and won—a project for a global restaurateur with 1,000+ locations in 78+ airports worldwide. With no time to spare after being awarded the contract, Jessica got her first taste of what is now her agency’s specialty: delivering high-stakes projects on unbelievably tight turnarounds.

Both Jessica’s career and Diace Designs’ success soared to new heights as she helped clients secure hundreds of millions in awarded opportunities by leveraging the expertise of her hand-selected creative team.

Over the past 15 years, Jessica has led more than 72+ airport concession pursuits, supporting nationally and globally recognized brands, proprietary brands, operators, developers, and concessionaires.

Over the years, Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) and other leading publications have recognized Jessica’s dedication and success with more than a dozen award nominations for her and Diace Designs. Pitching for the Super Bowl!

Diace Designs applied to participate in the 2021 Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Business Connect program, joining more than 1,200 local businesses competing for the opportunity. Out of the applicants who applied to pitch, only 200 certified diverse businesses from the Tampa Bay area were selected.

The Business Connect Program connected diverse local businesses with contracting opportunities surrounding one of the nation’s largest sporting events – the Super Bowl!
